Hi Julie,
I'm prepping for the lap band process and am trying to practice making recipes for the liquid diet part. My goal is to make really flavorful purees and such so that I don't feel so deprived during that month or so. It would be awesome if you could post about how you prepped for the surgery and what you ate/couldn't eat afterwards. (As I'm rereading this I am feeling very demanding and pushy I hope you don't perceive me this way. I like your take on things and would be interested in what you would have to say on this subjects.)
Thanks,
Jillian

Hi Juliet -
Maybe this is more than a bit inappropriate since we are in the middle of an interview process, but I just couldn't resist sharing that I joined you on the lap band weight loss journey this Tuesday. That's why I was out of the office :) Congrats on all of your progress so far.
