Ugh. I think plateau’s are the most frustrating thing on the planet. I have been stuck at the 66 pound mark for like 2-months. IT WON’T BUDGE! I have been working out like Jackie Warner, I swear! I mean, I’ve jogged every day this week + had an entire exercise friendly weekend which included a 5K and the AIDS walk … and still … NOTHING! I guess there’s just nothing I can do except just remain patient. It is really frustrating though when you’re working so hard and the scale hasn’t even dropped a pound. Well, that’s my rant for this morning! I am going to Dr. Champion next Friday so I’ll see what he says about it.
You’ve been doing so well! I just want to comment on your healthy healthy choices at dinner tonight. I was honestly a little proud (and a little guilty that I wasn’t doing the same) when I heard you order ahead of me. It will come off! “It’s all coming together”
Being patient is one of the most difficult parts of LB. Especially when you’re doing the work and making the right choices!
Hang in there — see what your surgeon has to say and report back!!
I have hit a plateau myself and have been stuck the same weight for the past month. I tried changing my workout routine, but alas it did not help. I will be patient with you.
